Longest session in a long time. Started out at 9.30am and headed upwind after a while to the sand bar to have a look. The odd ramp and swell.

Back downwind for 11 to have a snack, then back out to the sand bar for low tide. Small but peaky jump ramps but no riding really. Hard work alot of the time to get planing as the wind went light now and again.

By 1.30pm was pretty knackered so came in for lunch. Back out for 45 mins or so. By then wind had really picked up but I was knackered so called it a day, went to Biggs' and bought my wife her first board!
